I’m an experienced leader in engineering organizations, with a background in roles as manager, project manager, and team leader. I hold a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and I have a past as a researcher — my academic publications are listed on Google Scholar and ORCID. You can find my full professional history on LinkedIn.
My leadership style has been strongly inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC) - also known as "Giraffe Language" - a framework developed by Marshall Rosenberg that emphasizes empathy, clarity, and connection. Since 2023, I’ve been a candidate for trainer certification with the Center for Nonviolent Communication, and I regularly teach and organize NVC workshops.
